In 2015, E.T. Listat Oy deployed a real-time internal logistics solution developed by Identoi, part of the Sovelluskehittäjät Group.

“Every year, we produce an average of 20 million metres of base mouldings, panels and floor boards. Using this new internal logistics solution, we can control and monitor the production, picking and delivery of customer orders in a transparent way”, says Raine Luukko, managing director of E.T. Listat. He continues: “Our cooperation with the Sovelluskehittäjät Group has been productive, and they have quickly customised their product to meet our needs.”

The sales unit of E.T. Listat can, in real time, view the progress of customer orders in the production and supply chains. When the planing and painting of products is completed, transfer assignments are automatically sent to forklifts. Forklift operators can check the map or list to see what production lines have new transfer assignments. Operators acknowledge the start and end of each assignment.

Customer orders are picked and delivered according to transportation direction. Warehouse workers pick customer orders in a modern logistics facility using order picking trucks, with a 10” touchscreen computer and wireless BT bar code reader installed. The system indicates the storage slots in which each picked product is located.

Consignment notes are sent to transportation companies online. 

The storage solution of E.T. Listat is based on the browser-based Celesta Plan and Celesta Mobile products of the Sovelluskehittäjät Group, and it is connected to the iScala ERP system through an interface.
